Carry Engine Info & Options

Hi,
New to the forums as I am a proud owner of a old ST90 1981 Carry Ute! Can anyone tell me what engine it has? Its engine number is 144817.
I believe it has the F8a engine a 4cyc 800cc engine if im correct. I believe that the f10a engine a 4cyc 1000cc engine will fit with no hassle ie bolt on easily.
What engine options do I have if I wanted to fit another engine. I was considering the
1. K10A turbo (it says fwd/4wd) but not rwd?
2. F6A Turbo fwd (3cyc though, would it fit?)
from adelaidejap
But will any of them bolt in easily? I from my inspection have found that my carry engine is on a slant, how will this effect the other engine mounts etc? Are the engine mounts the same? What about the gearbox? What gearbox options do I have?
Is bolting in the gearbox that the engine comes with the best idea if I can get my hands on it in the first place, or will the original gearbox fit?
Also, I want to upgrade to front and back disc brakes, what model Suzuki will fit the conversion?
Thanks in advance.
