if you go to any rope and chain joint they can make 1 up for you if you take both the parts from yours
where are you i know of 1 good placed in tas and bloody cheap too

If it is broken don't bother going to get it fixed - get a new one. I went to a place called "Cablemate" in Tassie and they were gonna charge me 60 bucks or something. So I rang Suziworld in Melbourne and got one for 30 odd bucks. Or you could try Suzuki for a genuine part.
