phone not working please help asap

hey
i was playing a game on my phone today its a lg gc900, viewty smart and all of a sudden i thought it had froze as it wouldnt do anything when i touched the screen. so i tried the back button on the bottom of the phone and it quit the game but still the phone wouldnt take any commands through the screen, ive tried turning it off removing the battery and everything i can think of but still wont listen to the screen

does anyone know what could be causing this.

throw it against a wall? usally helps,
is there a reset button on it some were? have a seach on google or look the LG site or what eva brand it is.

have you tried connecting it to the computer to upgrade or check it ? :idea:cheers

smash it with a hammer, thats what i did to my old smart phone. p.o.s it was.

i cant connect it to the pc for 2 reasons, the software on my pc wont work. i cant even uninstall it, and when you plug these phones into the pc they ask what sort of connection you want and you need to be able to use the touch screen for that.

so the hammer idea is sounding good. but i dont have a hammer, 900 bucks worth of tools and no hammer.

take it back if still under warranty,if not pull the battery out (again) and the sim card,let it sit for half hour or so-put battery back in and sim card charge it up and try.if all that fails time to up-grade to a motorolla...ken
