MB trailer or spare panels??

As I mentioned last week I have bought another MB for parts. Too much work to put it back on the road but good enough for parts.
I have taken everything apart, but I am stuck with the back.
I feel reaaaaaly bad hacking the back with an angle grinder to put aside the quarter panel, when it could be transformed into a trailer ("ike style").
What should I do? In Victoria it doesn't even need to be registered, so it is as easy as cutting, welding and painting.

Make the trailer!
Make the trailer!
Make the trailer!
If nothing else, it will give you something else to practice your newly aquired panelbeating skills on, and when you're done if you don't want to keep it, you can always sell it on...

if you do end up selling, i need to replace both rear 1/4's on mine ! and could use the rest of the chassis for some experimenting

In the next couple of days I will make a decision about the tray area: let me know if you are after any part at the front, because what I don't need I will scrap next week.( if you want it, you need to pick it up by Friday week because needs to be out of the yard)

Hey holk,
I'm in a similar situation, Have my main project F6a mightyboy and my 'parts car' F6a mightyboy. I've pretty much taken all the parts i need form the 2nd boy and coming his Friday i'll be chopping the back off to make a trailer. Feel kind of bad cutting it in half (seeing i drove 11 house to pick it up

) but the amont of rust in the front was too bad to try and do anything else with it. With the front tho, i was thinking about making a BBQ out of the hood section? maybe you could do the same?

Hi Pat,
I am keeping the front quarter panels and bonnet, because.....you never know...

The chassis, however not sure if I can use for anything .
