This mob has some cheap 12" subs, 4 of them for $114 including shipping. Anyone in melbourne want one or two or three of these?

They look like a half decent price, and at $30 each if they're shit you can just throw them away.

id put the money bak in me pocket
they would be dodgy by the looks at them.i dont think they'd even handle 800watts

personally my advise (have less subs, run better quality subs) the four of them probly wouldnt run as gud as a decent 1.

Obviously they're crap, i'm not doubting that, but if you would otherwise not run any sub at all, $30 isnt exactly breaking the bank. If you could pick up a cheap amp to power them i'm sure they'd be a great budget setup.

Only on the transients!
The website does actually list "
Nominal power 140w".

you would need all four to keep replacing them, when you let the smoke out of them.....

If you want cheap muckaround subs go to your local supercheap auto and get the "Fly" sub with the checkerplate cone. Someone or car audio australia was running 800W into one of these i think, said they go alright for $50.

oti do u have strapthfeild car sound where u r?
one of my m8z brought 1 of the new cheap boss amps,i was very surprise at how it went when i installed it 4 him.considering how they tend to melt
it is 1600watt peak 4 channelx100rms per channel(doubt it but thats what it says)
had 2 channels bridged both bridged running 800watts threw each sub.the amp reached only a slight tempature running them flat out.
he payd 150buks ........gud value i think
