87 suzuki alto works help

Hey suzi fans,
Does anyone know the base injector pressure on a 87 alto works f5a dohc turbo motor?. Im in the process of upgrading the fuel system and need to know what to set the base pressure on the fuel pressure regulator after the fuel rail at? Has anyone out there upgraded the fuel system, fuel rail or put bigger injectors on one of these little bad boys before? Any help on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
