Car has been fun little RWD van to own, cheap to run. Simple in design and maintenance (I can have the whole engine out in 45mins)
These vans make great advertising vehicles due to their small stature they often get people staring. A $1000 vinyl wrap and you could have your business advertised cheaply. A local gym had a carry van wrapped recently and it was great for them.
Or sink a bit of cash into and have an awesome show car, seen great ones turned into burn out cars and pimp my ride have even done one up.
normally photo's never do a car justice, honestly these photo's are doing the car too much justice the car is a bit on the rough side hence the cheap price but feel free to call or email if you need to know anything else or want to come inspect.
The Good:
• Cheap on petrol
• Mechanically great – starts up easy even when cold just runs a little rough till engine warms up a bit then it’s fine normal for an old carby car.
• New battery – couple months old have recept
• Front drum shoes recently changed – less than 2000k
• Comes with a ton of spares (will be loaded in boot upon sale) which includes 2 engines,4sp g/box, tow bar, tyres, bolts, interior bits (see pics)
• Comes with a workshop manual – have paper version and scanned digitalversion
• Dash in great condition
• Tacho installed
• Bull bar
• Cd player
• Breaker less dizzy installed
• Electric fuel pump installed
• All electrics work
• oil and filter swapped every 5000k's with one just done on the 13/04/2013
The Bad
• Paint work and body needs attention, this van was a 6 year old girls cubby house when I bought it hence the flowers and rainbows and I covered it the cheapest way I could think of, with spray can.
• Large dint behind passenger rear door
• Window locks missing
• Has a random steering wheel wobble, turning wheel left and right makes it go away
• Drum shoes need a proper adjustment/alignment
• Battery terminals need replacing
• Only 1 speaker
• Drivers window is floppy and needs guiding when winding up
