engine mounts

Can anyone tell me if the linked pic is how a rear engine mount is supposed to look? - I suspect it's not....

OK
It just seemed odd that it doesnt sit central. All of my engine mounts sit roughly the same. When the little rubber bits wear off between the two "C" pieces it starts to make a terrible noise through the chassis
