Converting Auto to Manual????

Can someone please give me some advise on converting from an auto to manual. Is it my imagination or are the crossmembers different? Whats the easiest way to overcome my problem? All suggestions greatly appreciated. ta Tam

Can't write in detail right now, (as I am at work) but you will either require a proficiency in metalwork to modify the manual subframe
-OR- acquire the subframe of a manual MightyBoy and simply unbolt yours and replace it!
