800cc motor.

i have found a 800cc motor and box and radiator that i can buy, just seeing what you guys think of the price, the guy says the motor has had some work done to it like new rings and the head has had work done on it. he wants about $400 for what i have listed. is that a good price and if so what else should i get to do the conversion into my mighty boy.
