which ever one it is does it make alot of turbos noise? and can u anwser the power question? i was looking on teh site and heard someone say 50kws at the wheels what kind of time would that pull 1/4?

It's not just an equation of power.
You have to take into account weight, suspension, rigidity.

Trust me. If you want good 1/4 mile times, a mightyboy is not for you.

Why don't you just put a jet turbine on the back.

Would that make enough 'whatever it is' noise for you?

And fast too!

i had 65hp @wheels and unoficialy was going fast for the 1/4 mile but ive got it going better now and run shitty times due to lack of traction

Maybe you ought to start talking wheels and rubber with the likes of Brayden and Mark?

Those are still only 13s with cheap rubber on them aren't they?

13" with yokahamas for the amount of running around it does it wouldnt be practical to fit expensive tyres they would wear out every 2 months

is there some combination of wider wheel/tyre you could keep that wouldn't matter about some inner wall scrubbing e.g. just for driving in a striaght line - 1/4 mile?

Wider and wider isn't always better though, because you're increasing the amount of surface area the weight is distributed over, and effectively lowering the overall pressure being exerted upon the ground by the tyre - the exact principle that gives skis the ability to make you slide around on top of snow.

I was suggesting larger diameter rims and better rubber so that the gearing is effectively being made taller which will give Col's very capable engine that little bit less leverage to get the rubber slipping but no so much that it shouldn't easily be able to cope with it, and this way the wheels wouldn't require an excessively wide footprint...

i could use realy big tyres cause i'm a fat bastard
