hi guys sorry its been so long. i went to see a guy about the hard cover and using it for a mould but he thinks it would cost way to much money (more like he wasn't interested) but im goin to make few more calls yet and try to get hold of a injection mould specialist to talk to.. just so i know numbers who thinks they might want one...ill let you know how i go.
