My windscreen wipers are stalling when under the friction load of the wiper on the windscreen. Even when the wipers are taken off the windscreen they fail to rotate the whole distance of the windscreen, E.g. instead of rotating through 90 degrees, they are only working for the middle 60. So I guess ...

For a comparison, I have no issue with my heater. And my temperature gauge sits about the 1/4 - 1/3 mark after it heats up.

Could it be something in the heater system not working 100%?
