you will feel a power increase with an engine recon and service (top and bottom end gaskets and FULL SERVICE) but like stated above it is a waste of time as i discover my self even with the F8B unless it is turboed honestly talking mate get youself a GTi motor- u will never regret it, they are cheap...

judgeing from all ya posts you sound like a typical p plater, nothing wrong with that. a mightyboy is a great way to start out mate, a very easy car to work with. Once again im guessing you are after sound buddie......as stated above 1 and 3/4 inch would be a perfect for a N/A MB.....it will give a definite sound increase especially just with a straight pipe and no dog and just the tip. Use a canon tip. 2 inch would be louder, but im guessing you would loose ...

mate it is up to you, but im guessing your after the sound....and a stage one cam wont do it for ya. It wont give you much performance,maybe try an adjustable cam gear if you are after performance.
