I finally pulled the motor ...

I fitted a small diode across that connector and it happily flashes out any fault codes. My original code ended up being the...

The tahco counts ignition pulses so they will work the same for either 3 cylinder engine. I guess it will have a different redline becuse of bore stroke ratio etc but if it still runs up high enough excluding the indicated redline it wont matter at all. You could probably get a good instrement repai...

Thanks for the info no mention of CA71 ?? are yours listed 170mm? I had my cappo clutch relined the biggest problem was the springs in the hub were loose so the reconditioners replaced them with heavier springs. The cover and thrust bearing were still ok at 53,000 kms. The linings were very worn pro...

I was looking for the early 4 pin or 6 pin or even the single one that is usually connected near the battery. Without a wi...

im not sure which way would be easiest to remove the engine and gearbox beacuse of the turbo and the tailshaft housing it may have to go downwards? Perhaps when the front grill and bonett shut panel are removed it will make it come up easier. Im sure when i rebuilt my Cappuccino twincam F6A the gask...

Alto Works RSR front CV joints
Does anyone know if a Swift / Cultis front cv will fit the alto? They appear to be the same size externally including the front hubs and carriers. My local CV shop advised there are 3 different inner spline sizes on the cv that fits onto the axle? I found an earlier Swift but not sure if the inner s...
