Team,

I am chasing a head for an F5A. The one I have on my spare motor is not quite straight, and I am rebuilding the motor shortly. If you have one lying around you would like to get rid of, reply here and we can do some sort of deal. It isnt going to be a performance rebuild - hence the F5A - just rings bearings etc. It will be easier for me to have a good head to give to the builder than to swap heads when i swap motors after the build - if that makes sense. :? Thanks

Whitty

P.S. I am in central QLD.

I think i might have in the shed...
i dunno how good it is, the engine did this:

But i dunno if the piston came up and hit the valves or head. :NFI:
So it would be a gamble to see if it's any good.

I have a couple I won't be using but you would have to come up with postage. $15 each +postage from Perth WA. Can make postage a bit cheaper if I pull the cam, probably better to do that anyway as there are 2 different cams depending how old the head is.
I have not run these but the engines looked ok and the timing belts were still good so the valves have not been bounced off the pistons.
