Okay... as explained yesterday in introductory post, I am looking for a MB to call my own.. again.. :)

If anyone hears, see's or knows of anyone selling in the newcastle area that is under the $2000.00 please let me know. I don't care if it's not registered as long as it doesn't take too much mechanical know how to get it back up and running...

(husband is a fitter by trade, but now works as a graphic designer and not mechanically minded).. :-o

Thanks in advance.. and one day we should do a MB calendar... If I find one, the next time I shoot a hot model, I will use the MB as a prop.. post it here for all the boys. :wink:

Best of luck finding a ute. The idea of a calendar has come up in the past, but the issue is that I think I'm the only person who has decent res/quality pics of a few different MBs!

Oh dear CharmedOne, it seems that little car has had a profound effect on you too... Good luck. I'm looking for the perfect project to replace my old one that I think was at your place for a while? (if it lived with the black Alto?) BTW, there's a guy in maitland trying to sell one - asking $1800 with jan '07 rego - seems a bit knocked about, but if you're interested i'll grab his number when i'm driving past next time :wink:

I've also been keenly watching another one hidden in a back street - i'll see if they're interested with parting with it shortly, and depending on whether or not I want it, i'll let you know :p

I have seen to for sale in the area there are in bero and in ruderfurd
One is next to bero wreckers that’s there on the weekends and one was at Tony guys muffler place im not sue if its still there but it was in awesome condition the place is down the little road just before the old KFC building. Hope this helps

Yeah saw the 2 on eBay.... If I lived closer to VIC I would have a look at one.. :D

And the one at Taree.. well it says she spent over $7000 and it's a reluctant sale.. and the reserve I'm guessing is going to be $7000.00... Don't start it at $1000 if you want $7000.00
