Colin's ute makes the same power at the wheels as that ute does at the flywheel! ;)

As for mine, well hopefully I'm only a few weeks away from finding out the weak figure it puts out on 7PSI. 8)

be very interesting to see the results.

even if u dont meet your target. the engine its gotta run a hell lot better. depending on the features of the ecu. u'll have all the nice compensations such as idle, cold starts, fuel cut when backing off the accelerator etc...

I don't think mine would pull the skin of a rice pudding at the moment :)

will be putting mine on the dyno in a couple of months hopefully... not expecting huge numbers from just an EFI swap but a tune should help it :)

I wish i was @ calder to see the Mighty boy run!

I've now got my F8b in the boy and running, but badly. Only have the f5a carby on it atm as the correct one is stuffed, rebuilding it soon. I'd love to throw it on a dyno & see what it has when it's running right, altho i know it won't be a lot, they had what 29kw or so at the flywheel?

I must say tho, since the swap, even running badly, the car is a totally new beastie, it accelerates so much better, and you can keep on the tail of other car's without much effort now. I'll be over the moon when it's running right.

/me now starts thinking, i gotta clear some room in the shed so i can hoard charade turbo bits to turbo the other f8b i have in there. More Power!

/insert Tim the Tool Man grunt!

Cheers
