HI, I don't know how to post scanned pages but this is the info from the Service Manual supplement.
Manual Car Radiator measures 351mm wide x 395mm high.
Capacity 1.2 litre.
Automatic radiator with oil cooler is 351mm wide x 400mm high.
Capacity 1.4 litres.
Manual car cooling fan measures 250mm across the blades and the shroud is 308mm high x 370mm wide.
Auto fan is 300mm across the blades and the shroud is 308mm high x 370mm wide. ( The outer diameter of the fan is larger and the fan shroud is of modified shape).
Hope this is a help. Regards David.

Works for me.
thanks for the info > toy550 + silver surfer ! i will measure mine , the hight of the core ( inside tank to tank the tube lenth ) is what i am wanting to know , not the over all hight includig the tanks , yes i do have an auto rad with a big fan , also a manual rad with big fan ( cowl mount holes not correct ) , also i have 2 other rads but they seem to be a little shoter in hight small fans fitted . does the 500 have the same rad ?

The Hatch radiator is different to the Alto/MB style.
The easiest way to tell the difference is that the Alto/MB style has two brackets at the top, and none at the bottom, with plastic end tanks.
The Hatch unit has copper tanks and two brackets running down the length of each side, with a fan motor that extends out over the gearbox.
In both cases the difference between auto/manual is the trans cooler in the bottom, and an 800 radiator has an extra core in thickness.

It depends where the mounting brackets/holes are on it. Top and bottom or on the sides?

It should be. Plenty of people use standard F5A radiators with their F8B.
