Do you mean the cabin space behind the seats, or the tray area? (Mightyboys don't have a "boot".) ;)

Okay cool. Well I've seen a few MB's using a bandpass sub box ported into the cabin through the back wall, but having speakers back there would be pretty pointless. ;)

its not pointless if you wont to look 'FULLY SICK'. but yeah, id say pointless for every thing else.

thats the first thing my mates said to me, " aw man, you should deck the tray out with a heap of subs aye!".... how bout no. :bomb:

He's doing something crazy like that in the back of his toy, as i head he was well on his way so i might have to try and track him down and grab some photos.

yeah im not touch the tray now(as i will be using this for work..) but what i was gonna do was mount 2 12s in the corners closest to the cab, face them diaganlly to centr of tail gait. in the centre near tail gate have ps2 and 6 inch splits, have it all fibreglassed, so you can fill in around allthe gear with ice and booze for shows..(eveyrone says there esky on wheels) then was going to mount a flat screen tv to a fibrglass lid that when you opened it up you could play ps2...

i might still end up doing this but making it easy to remove for work..

i havent started my stereo or interior yet im still working on outside(the previous owner filled the damaged panels with bog instead of bashing them out and tryin to get right shape first then making smooth) so i am taking it back to bear metal and fixing and shaving it all..
so hopefull another couple of weeks i can start interior

thanks jagger

It gets a lot of attention, i think people just don't expect to see something like that in the back of a small ute. But at the end of the day it is mainly there just for looks. The only problem is i cant park it anywhere because it is a magnet for thieves. Lucky i have a second car.

how secure is it?

thats the reason that im gettin a hard top, whether its a sound system display or just everyday gear, its secure.

could get a top made to sit over that? so that, at least, you could not see it parked in the street.

im not too concerned with keeping it secure, its never gonna be parked anywhere that it could possibly be stolen.

Don't count on a fibreglass or metal lid held on by a couple of hinges to be secure. It only takes a crowbar or tyre iron and about 10 seconds worth of time. ;)

it only takes a crowbar to take the whole car! its just if they cant see it, they dont know its there.
