Yes, yes it was. Total loss oil system, just like a lot of Veteran cars. Which for those who don't know are cars built before 1918 (or mid 1919 depending on who you ask! lol)

The new engine is using almost no oil at all! I topped up with less than 100ml after the last cruise, but it is still running the engine in atm. Avg fuel economy was 9/100, i think it needs to be leaned out a bit soon!
