I hate being up this early. Starting work at 7:30 sucks!

Work and sport are totally different. I'd happily get up at 5am to train for sport if i were any good.

I feel your pain... all of you...

One of the things that I've enjoyed the most about working primarily in audiovisual installation has been the more regular 9:00am - 5:00pm working hours. I've certainly worked my fair share of horror shifts in audiovisual services for productions, though! Probably the worst being midnight starts and working through till 6:00am to setup for televised events at the Hyatt. Worse still, you usually have to return at midnight the following night to break it all down again!

Anyhow... my rant this morning was only due to the fact I worked over the weekend and had a killer focking hangover on Sunday from which I am still recovering today... :keke:

Yeah that blows, but given getting out of bed is the only challenging aspect of your job I wouldn't be complaining! :P

I have to get up at 6:30 everyday for uni which is slightly annoying. My mate has to get up a 5:30 to get to the 8 o'clock lectures and whats worse is that he works at maccas fri and sundays 10pm - 6am the next morn.

i work at a winery and when we harvest we start at 10pm and go to 1 pm the next day and then turn around and do it again the next night for 2 weeks. But the rest of the year is 8 to 5.

The earlier you start, the earlier you go home.
Here in London the work day usually starts at 9.30 and ends at 6ish.
I do 8-5, thus I miss peak hour both ways.
