Just called embroidery guy. To do additional embroidery at back of cap using standard font ( cap letters) he charges $4.00. So all up, it would come to $26.00. Same story, runs of 6

I like the idea of SUZUKI on the back but it isn't a "standard" font, so I'm curious to know what typeface would be used.

I can make a vector of the 'SUZUKI' text quiete easily... HOLK let me know if you need one made up, can do either a solid version or outline.

Thank you for the offer, but unless you can create an embroidery file (not standard vector) it can't be used for embroidery (I have already over 400 .ai car logos on file)

I have a vector file too, but as Holk said it is no good because it still needs to be converted to an embroidery stitch file for the machine to use it.
