Ive finally made the decision to keep the carry and cappa and let this thing be enjoyed by someone else.. The car was awsome to drive, but as of late has developed a few issues (will be reflected in the sale price). The gear box synchros have started to go and when you let your foot off of the accelerator it makes a whining sound and generally sounds a bit clunky
On top of that one of the injectors has clogged so it is running very sluggish obviously. The cleaning of the injectors is a pretty easy fix, but im not aware of what is involved in fixing the gear box, unless you can source another one. The car itself is in pretty damn decent condition inside, but outside has a few dents and scratches here and there and some panels are different colours (didnt worry me as i was going to respray down the track). I bought some aftermarkets body parts for it and they are currently installed on the car. It currently has the turbo bonnet, side skirts, front bar with chrome insert, turbo model wing and rear bar. The car also has 14'' rims and brand spankin new tyres on it, the car has a full exhaust system and sounds pretty tough. It is a 5 speed manual with 119,000 on the clock and it is currently still registered.If anyone is interested feel free to contact me on 0402 320 164 or pm me on here.
Im looking for roughly $1700 ONO as the turbo body parts alone cost me around $800ish.
