The sprinter is a much better car for this sort of thing but the MB was fun to punt around though.

It might get another outing at the end of next month if the Sprinter isn't ready.

Thanks mate the video looks great. You were right when you were saying that the spin looked pretty mild but there was no way I was going to catch it on the day. Looks like I might have to invest in a gopro before the next one to get some more footage.

Nope, Brayden only had time to put the camera on for one run. I will probably think about getting one myself now. It will be pretty cool to be able to have footage from each of the runs. I will be taking it back out after I have done the EFI (which will probably be some time off) so it will be interesting to see how it goes.

Not directly related but the sprinter laid down 170kw atw today running 13PSI on the 4age. for the Canberra guys that was on autotechs dyno

Hey guys been a while since I did an update. Not much going on really but I have finally gotten around to fitting the caster plates which move the sway bar mounts forward about 35mm. This equates to around 4 degree extra caster, which on a normal car would be a little over the top but on the MB it is pretty good. Much more stable at speed and gets much better dynamic camber through the corners now. Just have to finish playing around with the camber and toe settings to get that sorted and then decide if I still want to go ahead with the EFI.

Great pics on the rear sway bar! After this weekends cruise to Albury, and a belting down hill thru the tight turns, I'm now going to be fitting one to my ute, along with a new set of rear shocks. Then I'll look at a double front bar setup like Brayden's, I've got a spare bar or two here I can mod to fit.

In regards to the Toyota sprinter rear sway bar, I take it that its from a early 90's model? So I know what I need to find @ the local pick a part...

AE 71 Corolla ones should be very similar
