Stock wheel size and offset?

Hey people just wondering if anyone know max comfortable wheel width i can go and what the offset should be i don't want to do flares on the gaurds or anything

5.5" wide with +40mm offset, max 165 wide tyre.
F8B EFI turbo - Three pots and a snail.
