Got an 87 alto for sale,
170,xxx km's on the f8b
mechanically good
body is straight and complete
the paint is good overall but has some imperfections.
interior is really nice, grey velour seat that are PERFECT
cd player, front disks
recently did the outer uni-joints and a new windscreen
radiator was done a couple of years ago.

It is currently registered until july (I think) but it needs new tyres so I think i'll just sell it as is. Also the auto seems to be low on power in first gear, I haven't had a look yet so it could just be the low press brake band.

Will consider seperating for parts if I get enough interest in it.

Located in Toowoomba QLD but may be able to organise transport to Brisbane as long as i'm not getting ripped on the sale.

If people want photos I can put some up (they are at home, I am at work).

not sure what it is worth, have had a look around the forums and car sales and similar condition seem to go for around the $1500 mark, since I want to sell it unregistered i'd be happy with $1000.

What a shame this is at the other end of the continent. :(

Let me know if you end up parting it, I'd be interested in the front/rear bumpers.

if everyone who wants parts can post up what parts they want and an offer on the price I'll decide if it's worth parting

--or--

if someone from a lower state wants to buy the whole thing and part it out locally (would be cheaper on postage) I would consider sharing part the cost of transport.

I'll take the F8B, I'm only down the road in Ipswich, so pick up won't be a problem if this is the path you decide to go down..

Cheers, Shane.

keep em coming. If I can get the major bits gone i'll feel better about scraping whats left.

Anyone interested in a mint set of front seats? They look nice (perfect) and are very comfortable. Had the foam re-done and eveything.

Also the diff is great, the auto would take little to make perfect (still drives)

Carpets
Dash
Lights, blinkers etc
widscreen
guards, doors, bonnet and hatch
font discs
drive shafts aren't bad, new outers

If the seats fit straight into a mighty boy, I might take them aswell, got any pics of them?

Actually, could you email me pics of seats and motor to shane.kylie@hotmail.com

Cheers, Shane.

i'll send you through an email tonight. I would think there is a pretty good chance they will bolt in. I'll have a quick search of the forums and see what I can find.

As long as you have a set of MB rails they should bolt to them. (The Alto rails are really different.)

My standard MB seats a stuffed, first recline click is almost all the way back, I prefer more sort of straight up and down....

The whole thing is in pretty good nik so please buy up, I don't want to see it go to waste. If I hadn't already had the auto out to replace the drive clutch I would probably fix it, i'm sure it wouldn't take much to get the auto tip top.

Must be more stuff people want, just make an offer and we can discuss postage etc if you are a distance away.
