Howdy all!
My name is Darran and I have just registered to be a part of your website.
I live in Murarrie, Brisbane, and am the proud owner of a 1985 F8B MB.
I have a question regarding the ignition points on the MB. Has anyone had problems in the past with the small point clip breaking just after the bend. Seems like I will have to replace my second one in three months and was wondering if this was common with MB's???
Also, does anyone know of any reliable MB spare parts dealers in Brisbane?
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks.

Depends what spares you're after mate,
I've found Derek at Suzisport lawnton to know his way around MB's pretty well and i've had no trouble at all with them.
(I've got two F8B heads done through him. different engines for the record)
Come to think of it, we bought an MB off him a while back too. lol

hi welcome.
I have never had any problem with these points, maybe its the brand you are using or maybe the way you have them screwed down there may be some misalignment somewhere.
