hay guys im new to this i just brought my super carry and i was just wondering what size rims can i put on it.
the van is a 4 speed manual and i think the year is 1984 i think.
any help would be great thanks guys.

Two questions: How much work do you want to do to make the wheels fit, and how much money do you want to spend?
If your answers to both questions is "not much" then 13" wheels will be your best bet.

If you want something with dish they will have to sit well outside the front arches, because the struts are bloody close to the tyres even with the 13x4.5" mags I have on mine (165 width tyres).
Problem is that most dished rims are usually 6" wide and a RWD offset of around +15.
Where to find dished rims? Check forums for RWD Corolla, Datsun or Mazda wheels. You can also find them on Ebay:

What I'm saying is that you need an offset of about +38 to keep the rims inside the arches, but then the tyre fouls on the front struts (and you won't get a rim with dish in that offset).
An offset of +15 will clear the struts but the wheel protrudes from the arch so you'd need flares to make it legal. Problem then is you can't open the sliding doors.

has anyone ever tryed to turn there van into a drift van?in aus thats is?
beacuse im keen to get a locked dif and some good brakes. and suspeion.
... and power. 32kw won't drift anywhere but on a skid pan.

If you wanted to make a drifter I reckon you'd be far better off with a trayback.
