Matbe you could try a ct12a from a 1GTTE toyota 6 banger twin turbs they flow about 90 kw each, the Two together are on 2L engine, the ct12b are slightly better spec and are of the 1jz and 2jz engines im sure there will be many of these around :)

it may be a bit far out of your way but we got a lovely place called Auto Asian Spares up here in Brisbane. I have seen many nice toys go thru that place and they have small turbos that would probz be perfect for you for about $275.

They also have a Subaru Vivio frontcut which Brayden will call me blasphimous for suggesting but a 660cc supercharged 4 banger with 5 speed would be a good conversion into your boy.

give 'em a call and ask if they know anybody down your way who can help

This just popped up on ebay:

Apparently the seller has more than one.

That turbo looks exactly the same as mine.
My estimate is that is that it's from a SOHC cervo or alto.

All the extra bits are the lines to the intercooler, the valve and it's tube back to the air box and it seems that the dump pipe is still connected.

Note the item is in japan, so shipping might be a fair bit.

Its pretty much the same turbo as I'm using. A turbo is about 10% of what you need to complete the job. ;)

you need custom manifolds is that right? if i went to a mechanic with that turbo and said fit this what would they charge do you think. Would it be hard to get the rest of the parts you need to do the job? Sorry to be a pain but would love to turbo my boy but not sure how..

You will need (basically):

Turbo ($220 from ebay)
Custom manifolds and dump pipe ($500-$700)
Fuel pressure reg (~$120)
Piping to carby ($80-100. Just use radiator hose and stainless tubing)
EFI fuel, water, and transmission cooler hose ($5-$10 p/m)
Various hose clamps ($3 each)
Various brass fittings (~$50 all up)
Oil drain welded to sump ($ :NFI: )
EFI fuel pump (~$80 second hand)
Air filter (~$30)

Then after that you need to have it all fitted, (labour costs) and recurve the distributor. The list above doesn't include a Daihatsu Charade carby because apparently it isn't necessary with a low boost setup and a fuel pressure reg.

Will any 3 pot Charade carby do or does it have to be the turbo model?
